REMAINING MEET SCHEDULE
Saturday / July 25: Kerhonkson vs. Hyde Park (AWAY) 8 am warm up / 9 am meet
Monday / July 27: DUSO Psych Party & "Swimathon" (during evening practice HOME)
Wednesday / July 29: Tri-Meet vs. Rhinebeck & Red Hook (AWAY/RHINEBECK) 3:00 pm warm up / 4:30 pm meet
Saturday / August 1: Zena Hosts DUSO Championships! @ Ulster County Pool
August 2: DUSO Championships Rain Date

WHEN DO WE PRACTICE?
Our first practice will be June 17th!
BLUE GROUP
Monday, Tuesday, (Wednesday), Thursday, Friday from 6 - 7 PM (and Wednesdays If There Is Not a Swim Meet)
GOLD GROUP
Monday - Friday from 7 - 8:30 AM
Monday, Tuesday, (Wednesday), Thursday, Friday from 7- 8:30 PM (and Wednesdays If There Is Not a Swim Meet)
When are swim meets?
- DUSO meet schedule and locations is posted under meets & events tab and see above.
How do we register?
- Please click the link above and it will route you to our registration forms.
What is the cost?
- Registration costs are as follows:
$125.00 per swimmer. Three or more swimmers will be capped at $300.00.
Fee includes DUSO cost. * Register by May 1, 2026 for discounted rate $120.00 per swimmer with three of more swimmers capped at $300.00.
What kind of commitment is required?
- We do not have any requirements of attendance. Each swimmer must compete in two swim meets in order to participate in DUSO championships.
Parents please note: we are a small team and in order for our swim meets to run smoothly and effectively, we require parents to volunteer their time and work jobs at each of our swim meets.
Refund Policy: A full refund is possible up until July 1, 2026.
